New Product for the Rural Fire Service
We are excited to introduce our latest project. Designed to make the transfer of fire retardant gel easier to fire fighting aircraft. This unit will be used to fill small water bombing aircraft, as well as the large bombers from around the world. It will be used to protect communities that are under threat of imminent danger from bushfires.
This solution embodies our commitment to our communities.
Our own design, reshaping tunnel spraying
We are proud to announce our own in-house design, the Tunnel Bee sprayer. This sprayer was designed specifically for farmers who grow Cucumbers, Rasberries, Blackberries and Blueberries. We worked in collaboration with growers in our local area and came up with a design that works better than any other product that is available to them. They gave us an outline of what they needed, we built it to suit them!!
A 5000L Spray trailer for carting chemical
We were honoured to supply a 5000L chemical trailer to one of our clients. This trailer is being used to transfer mixed up product from the customers mixing station to an operating sprayer in their Macadamia orchard. This is the first of 2 trailers we have supplied to this customer. Using these trailers means the operation efficiency has increased by a minimum of 30+%. These trailers have an Electric start Honda which is coupled to a Hypro 3" poly pump which is capable of delivering up to 1800 litres per minute. That means the in crop sprayer is only stopped for around 4 minutes to refill. Previously the sprayer would have to stop and fold up and return to the filling station. This can take up to an hour for each fill, depending on where they travel from in the orchard. Efficiency is king!!
Making Greens Keeping more efficient
We have redesigned a Greens sprayer to suit one of our local bowling clubs. They were struggling with their old unit, keeping it running was nearly a fulltime job in itself! Not any more, this new sprayer has cut down operation times by at least 33%. Ya gotta be happy with that!!
We have fitted 2 x 15lpm pumps on this sprayer, 1 can be used purely for agitation purposes and the other for the spraying. If they are applying a higher volume of product, they can run both pumps at the same time for spraying. We also fitted a 3m boom onto this unit. All other Greens sprayers have a maximum of 2m booms. The tank size has also been incresed to 95 litres. Other sprayers only offer up to 75L capacity.
The unit has a dual battery system for increased operation time, less down time from poor power supply.
